Large Mushroom Grow Bags with Filter Patch | Pack of 10
Prepare larger mushroom grain or substrate bags with this pack of 10 large filter-patch grow bags.
Each clear bag measures approximately 32 × 45 cm and is made from 60-micron (0.06 mm) high-temperature-resistant plastic. A breathable filter patch allows gas exchange during colonisation while helping to reduce exposure to airborne contaminants.
The larger size provides additional room for preparing grain spawn, supplemented substrate and larger cultivation blocks. The clear material makes it easy to monitor moisture, mycelium growth and the overall condition of the contents without opening the bag.
High-Temperature-Resistant Material
These grow bags are intended for mushroom cultivation and heat-based preparation. The supplier describes the material as free from high-concern chemicals and suitable for cultivating edible mushrooms and plants.
No specific maximum temperature or sterilisation cycle has been supplied. Use an appropriate validated method and prevent the bags from touching exposed heating elements or excessively hot metal surfaces.
What Is Included
- 10 empty mushroom grow bags
- Large size: approximately 32 × 45 cm
- Bag thickness: 60 microns (0.06 mm)
- Approximate total pack weight: 200 g
- One breathable filter patch on each bag
- Clear high-temperature-resistant plastic
- Open top for filling and sealing
Suitable For
- Preparing larger mushroom grain-spawn bags
- Preparing hardwood or supplemented substrate
- Preparing larger cultivation blocks
- Liquid-culture inoculation projects
- Agar-to-grain transfers
- Home and small-scale mushroom cultivation
Filter Patch
The built-in filter patch allows gas exchange during colonisation while the bag remains sealed. Keep the filter patch clean, dry and above the level of the grain or substrate.
Important Information
These bags are supplied empty and are not pre-sterilised. Grain, substrate, mushroom culture, self-healing injection ports and sealing equipment are not included.
The bags do not include self-healing injection ports. Inoculation should be completed using a suitable clean-transfer method or by adding an appropriate injection port before sterilisation.
After filling, seal or securely fold the open top using a method suitable for your cultivation process. Do not overfill the bags. Leave enough empty space to close the top securely and mix the contents during colonisation when required.
Store unused bags somewhere clean, dry and protected from direct sunlight, moisture, excessive heat and sharp objects.
Shipping is available from Ireland to Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Canada.
